Suggested Daily Intake:
Adults and children aged 5 years and over: 2 teaspoons (10ml) per day with food or drink. Children 3 - 5 years: 1 teaspoons (5ml) per day with food or drink. Shake bottle before use.
Taking this Product for the First Time:
The amounts should be doubled for the first 12 weeks. The higher initial daily intake is recommended to help optimize the body's store of important nutrients.
